Concord Farms is one of those communities that was started in 2005, before the sub-Prime mortgage crisis and survived through the real estate downturn which lasted until 2011. It actually contains another community known as The Village at Concord Farms, but for my purposes, I’m lumping them together. The community was developed and built out by Ashton Woods Homes. The very last home was built in 2012. The lots in Concord Farms are generally 1/3 to 1/2 acres in size. The size of the homes range from approximately 1800-3600 square feet with both slab and basement homes.
Here is a quick slide show of the swim/tennis/clubhouse amenities.
